Shyness

I know that maybe I unnecessarily feel that way but  its stronger than keeping my thoughts under constant pressure of thinking positively.I try to do smile and keep up appearances but i can't pretend intermittently.I just moved to the bigger city to start studies and i have some problems to cope with the new situation.Want to feel freely and do what i love but shyness and depreciation of my self-consciousness is not playing a good role in my life. no courage to turn words into actions.
