And It's Pathetic...

I don't know why I ruminate and struggle with the strong sense of loss and grief over my life.

I feel very powerless to change circumstance and even more so over my attitude.

Can you try an experiement that has potential to turn this around for you

Realize that there is a law of attraction. What you throw out to the universe will come back to you with more of it.

Say and write out good things on cards or your computer.

Read them several times a day.

Write out bad things that you are always saying or thinking about yourself.

Do not look at these or read them for a week.

At the end of the week just read a few of the bad ones.

Then go write something out that is positive and opposite of the few bad things that you just read.

Every day for a week, read and say the good things that you wrote to replace the bad things.

I guarantee that you will begin to attract those good attitudes and good things to you.

In general you will have improved.

I could bore you with books about bichemical reactions that occur in the brain and how these reactions set up a hormone cycle that creates feelings of well being.

Trust me on this and go look up a few items on line about biofeedback and brain chemistry and general health improvement. Stick with the standard studies from reputible places like Harvard, and City of Hope and so on.

Be happy,
takes courage. I hope you find yours, if not for your sake, for your son's.
