Latley I have been listening to Wayne Dyer a lot. I recommend him to anyone that is trying to get more in touch with your spiritual self. I have really shifted my thinking in the past few days. I was someone that was always negative and annoyed, but I have been at peace for the last few days. I really believe that what you think about and put your focus on is what comes into your life. Don't dwell on bad things. It isn't doing any good. Think at a higher level of conciousness.
