Not If the Person You Judge Gets Hurt

Then everyone’s hurting, unless you are soulless, in which case you wont mind the fact you judged someone. I suppose judges would definitely disagree, because they full of judgements, and I cannot see judges being hurt when they judge. What else judges? An Olympic judge? Hmmm, we all judge, what can we do? I judge this seat as comfortable, I judge my outfit as stylish, and I judge my haircut as messy.

I know what was meant, that if you point out others failings, you will suffer in the afterlife because you are a sinner and apparently God hates hypocrites. What can I say to that? I say phooey.

But yes, to judge unfairly is not good, although the ‘hurt’ will be nothing more than a niggling conscience.

This may not be entirely relevant, but I think judges do get hurt when they judge. What comes to mind are assaults after trials and such. <br />

Agree with your point. But then, whoever deems the judgment to be unfair is also making a judgment by doing so...and so it goes. The word 'judge' sounds funny now, the same way a word looks funny if you look at it for a long time.

........It's abstractly relevant. Good stuff.
