How? I get confrontational when i let anger flow..

Let it flow silently

How? :(( can u give me an example? Sometimes i really need someone to chat with to get it out..

You have to be aware of your emotions before reacting to them

When i keep it inside i become confrontational or it explodes the next time im angry

I may be mad at someone but I'm not going to let my emotions dictate how I handle the situation

And sometimes i think about the issue even if its all in the past.. Then i just feel angry again..

That's fine. Try being patient and admitting that you feel that way. Feelings do not dictate actions. Your anger alone is not damaging anyone around you. If you're aware of it, you can manage it without getting into unnecessary fights. And it is a toxic emotion, so it's good to let it go, but you don't have to feel guilty about it.
