I don't know how to answer your questions but I can say your not alone in the way you feel, I have a boyfriend a supportive family, friends yet I still feel myself being dragged down into the bottemless pit of depression every day. Your not alone and if you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to message me.

Feeling that way now...I'm more isolated though. Friends are all away, and my family, well...they don't really know me. Oh, they love me, but they are not like me. There is a difference between the people who love you and the people who truly understand you...here's a hug, my fellow lonely person. :)

Thanks :)...this was awhile back when i wrote this alot has change i lost all contact with my family went through tough time but got through it all now im married just had bby boy so my lonely times have been cut dwn but it still thrre...always comes back no matter how happy i get still feels the same but i can cope ive accepted this wnt go away best i can do notblet it get to me

Expect the Holy Spirit to Work in Your Life
While there are many volumes written on the work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers, I want to focus your attention on four things you can expect Him to do in your life. Things you may not have thought about, but things sc<x>ripture makes clear.

1. We can trust the Holy Spirit to anoint and to inspire our words.
While there are a number of passages I could point to, I want us to look in the book of Acts. In Acts 4:29-31, we read about the work of the Holy Spirit in inspiring Peter and those with him to boldly proclaim the gospel. Here is what they prayed:

“Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.” And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

There are several things I want you to notice here. They prayed…they were all filled with the Holy Spirit…and they all spoke the Word with boldness. When you speak the Word with boldness the way Peter did, people are going to take note that you’ve been with Jesus. The Holy Spirit will inspire your words and give you a boldness you have never had before.

2. We can trust the Holy Spirit to direct ministry activity.

We have a great example of this work of the Spirit in Acts 13:1-4:

Now in the church that was at Antioch there were certain prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.

So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus.

Through the power and direction of the Holy Spirit, Saul (who would become Paul) and Barnabas went on their first missionary journey.

We don’t know exactly how the Holy Spirit said, “Separate to Me Barnabas and Saul.” Maybe He spoke it through prophetic utterance. Maybe He just spoke to their hearts.

But they knew what the Holy Spirit was communicating. They had already been in the church at Antioch for about a year teaching the disciples when the Holy Spirit said, “Now it is time to separate them.” And they went out.

Now I’m all for the marvelous strategies that are going on in the church today and for the terrific programs. But you know what? Let us not program the Holy Spirit out of His church.

Let’s not strategize the Holy Spirit out of our lives.

I am here if you need to talk

You gotta get healthy
Emotionally
Physically
Spiritually

Lets begin with Emotionally. Start a journal and write about moments when your depression kicks in. This will help you understand what your triggers are. Once you know what your triggers are ask yourself what will help you avoid them. Don't internalize problems, solve them quickly before they build up and get out of hand. Open up to people a lot of the loneliness you feel may be what you put out. Are you allowing people to make you feel loved and appreciated? Are you allowing yourself to be a part of people lives and not be emotionally alone? Finally stop settling. Decide what you want and go for it. Stop holding onto things and people just to say you have something. If feel you deserve what you really want and need now, spend sometime planning on how you can become the kind of person who does deserve the friends, the spouse, the education, the career that you deserve. When you are prone to getting depressed you can never settle it will destroy you. We don't have the luxury like other people to just go with the flow of what life has dealt us. We are normally pretty indecisive people, but making decisions and setting goals that inspire you and build your self esteem are essential!

Physical: Get your veggies daily, get fiber, drink water and less caffeine and pop. Sleep 7 to 8 hours and no more than that or less. Start running and doing push ups and sit-ups. Its really good for your body trust me. Exercise at least 1 hour a day. Its even more fun if you do it with a friend, even they are more skilled or less you get to chat and make it social which makes the time fly by.

Spiritual: Whether you believe in god or you are willing to believe that your existence matters. Believing in something will bring greater meaning to your life. You don't have to be religious to experience this, in fact many atheist believe their lives have value. By creating a sense of value for yourself and realizing that you are connected to the world makes it easier to bounce back from moments of depression.

Practicing this helped me get through my last deployment. Hopefully it will help for you. I just started practicing it again after getting really depressed last month and I'm feeling way better already.

Thanks..maybe start this next week, cut bck on few jobs and take it from there

even tho it is suggested so often that it is usually ignored, getting exercise and working out is what i prescribe, it makes all the difference in my life. If i miss more than 2 days of working out at the gym i feel depressed and constantly tired and just down in general but as soon as i get back to my training i feel awesome and confident and ready for whatever. Hey it works for me, just my suggestion

Because body condition i cnt...im very weak and tired as well

if you have two arms and two legs and can walk then you can exercise and workout, and by doing that you will no longer be weak or tired. Exercise makes your brain release endorphins which produces a natural high and makes you feel good, and the strength you gain and muscle you build will make you feel good about yourself and how you look and give you lots of confidence for all aspects of your life. If you want to change your life for the better then working out is the best way to start, mental health is completely affected by physical health, if your body is not in good shape then your mind will not be either. Nobody can make your life better except for you, so dig deep inside for the will and energy to make it to your local gym and start changing your life now before its too late. Obviously you wont be pushing heavy weight at the start but thats fine, i started light too, everyone does. Im willing to help you out with a workout plan and instructions and all the info you could possibly need to change your body and life, but its up to you to make it happen.

Haha..your right thanks
