Trying To Cope

My boyfriend and knowing hes there. I love him so much. Like he is the world to me. Honestly I have never been so happy with someone in my life. What keeps me going is us.
Another thing is writing. Just getting everything (depression) out without self harm anymore is amazing. Write my thoughts in a form of a letter, sometimes poetry. Then when I'm done I throw the paper I wrote on away and try to forget it ever happened.
Sometimes I just sleep away my depression. Its still there, but its out of sight and out of mind. Granted I dont get a full 8 hours sleep it sometimes really helps. Usually only get 4 hours of sleep of not 3. Trying to figure out why.
