Please Help

i have been having nightmares and lucid dreams since i was a little girl. i have talked to the devil in my dreams before...i have seen people die horrible deaths and i have even seen myself die.... since i joined the army my dreams have become so common that its unusual if i fall asleep and not remember dreaming.My dreams are very vivid and so real sometimes they trick me; for instince i will have dreams that i shut my alarm off and get out of bed. I start getting ready and then i wake up realizing i was dreaming and im late. OR my body will wake me up litterally minutes before i have to be up for work. When i was a little girl i got SP and i would wake up not being able to move... i even had this old lady that used to hover over me when i would be awake...but see i drove myself crazy wondering if i was dreaming or not because it was so real....lucid dreaming maybe? astral projection? idk i feel like my body fights what is going on when i sleep like its resisting. my mom sister and i all still talk about right before we pass out we have this feeling like someone is sitting on the end of the bed or at least thats what it feels like. it used to scare me and i would freeze and not be able to move, now i just let it happen. what could this be?? please help

I'm so sorry that no one commented on this in 6 months. I haven't been on in a long while, myself, or I would have said something then.

I have a lot of nightmares myself, even the ones about waking up. I hate when it happens on a seemingly endless loop. The old lady hovering above your head sounds like "hagging" or "Old Hag Syndrome." You should Google those. The first thing you need to do is to reduce as much stress in your life as possible. Try meditative exercises like Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, etc. These are also said to be helpful in strengthening your chi which can help keep demonic entities off your back.

If all else fails you might find some use in sleep aids. Melatonin works. You can also find "Relax and Sleep" if there's a Dollar Tree near you or there are some other herbal sleep aids in the vitamin aisle in Wal-Mart. If all else fails get a prescription that calms you down and lets you get some good rest.
