My Eyes Are Open, and I Can See the True World.

There are very few people who, in this world, are truly awake. Most people aren't even aware that they are like sheep, cattle, or ants, going about thier insignificant little lives never questioning who they are, or why they do what they do. And these sheep don't even realize that they are sheep. Sad, really. Then you have people who open thier eyes and really see. Those who don't think, the know. They don't BELIEVE, they KNOW. These people usually tend to be ridiculed, because they aren't sheep. They are different, unique, they stand out in a crowd, and go against the flow, actively or passively, they are different from the rest of humanity. The sheep call us wierd, freak, scary. They simply lack the vision, and even the intelligence to comprehend when you try to explain it to them. Those of us who are truly awake will know what I mean, everyone else will not. Sometimes all it takes to glimpse the full picture, the prime movers in this, the grandest game, is simply finding the real you. Look beyond the veil of society, stop thinking in right and wrong, good or bad. Take a step out of yourself, and see the world. Literally. That does not mean travel the earth, it means see the world. Look at the web of souls, understand that you directly affect the life of every other living thing on this planet. Only those who know themselves can even begin to fathom the complexity of life. So I say to you, WAKE, wake and see yourself as you truly are, not as Tom Jones, or Janet Williams, but YOU. When somebody asks you who you are, tell them. Tell them who, not wat you are. You are more than a name, you are more than human, you are you.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

i feel this, i just cant put it into words, how do u do it?

I totally agree with you. Lately I've been trying to find out who I really am. I agree with your views 100%

A sad man sees the world as a sad place. And angry man sees a world that is against them. A Lover sees a world that whispers sweet nothings into his ear. These are the outer shells of the world. A man who empties his mind of thought sees the world as it is. Of course, the outer shell is still a part of the whole.
Hey Lucavi,

This is soooo moving...really deep. It touched a part of my spirit in a way I dare not try to explain...just experience.

I believe I live my life in the "awake" mode...It's a hard way to live sometime...Most of the people I know are black and white thinkers...either the glass is half empty or half full...I see the glass as both...so I'm neither an optimist, nor a pessimist...I'm a realist.

Some people have told me they find me to be cold, and overly analytical, but I think that is just because I operate on facts and information, so I can see more of the whole picture. But really, who but myself can enter into my reality? And really, who can really enter into someone else's reality?

Anyway, thanks for getting me into that reflective mode...and reminding me that I do have a soul, and my soul/spirit is who I am...not what I am.

Sincerely, Twister
