I Finally Lost The Weight

Well I'm not at my final goal yet but I'm making progress.  Changing my eating has made a big difference.  I stopped eating so much processed food.  I've been eating more vegetables and learning to cook different yummy recipes so I don't get bored.  One meal is always a big salad that fills me up.  And when I'm craving bad food I'll have just enough to satisfy my cravings.  As for working out, I like to walk and am starting to lift weights.  That has definitely added a nice shape to my body.  I hope to continue to experiment to get the last bit of extra weight off.  I hope others are encouraged to do the same.  You can do it!  I'd like to hear other ways people have lost extra fat and gained better health.
