I Can Focus A Lot Better Afterwards

After I have done my own little workout that I do. I find that my mind can focus on things better. I also have noticed that I can have a clear mind for thinking. I believe it's because I am finally doing something for myself. And by getting my body to move and finding that I have more energy than I have had for a long time. I think that is why my mind is getting more clearer for what I need to focus on.

I agree! I think the same. It's amazing how before workouts I feel depressed and anxious, and then afterward I feel all confident and in control. Bottom line is I need intense exercise to regulate my mood. Lol...

Regardless of what's going on in a persons life, exercise helps it all! I wish I would have understood this before going on antidepressants when I was younger.
