It is my therapy. I have disappeared in the world of writing when i was a child to now. When you cannot talk to someone the way you want to, writing it out in a journal or a letter really helps. It takes the thoughts out of your mind, and in front of you, so you can see what is going on, and learn from it each time you do write.
It eases the thoughts trapped in the mind. It gets it out of your head, a release. It can help others, as I do a lot of my writing for to others who can relate, maybe it will help them or some one else.
I am a very deep person...from my thoughts, to feeling and emotions. So many do not understand me, so I write my things out. some in story form or just directly out, it is a big help to me.
