TwitCause is teaming up with Samaritans Offering Support for another featured tweet-a-thon to help the middle-class, seriously ill and their families cope with  catastrophic medical expenses through our financial assistance programs, education and community outreach.

The vision of Samaritans Offering Support is an improved sense of well-being for all Americans. They envision a life where all people have access to healthcare and can seek out medical care without fear of crushing debt.
