Yeah Same

I usually forgot breakfast and lunch...sometimes dinner too. Even when I do eat its half portions at best...I guess thats a bad thing. But as long as I'm not dizzy or too sick or headachy Its fine. Its just a bad habit developed from long work hours with no time for food.

When I'm not working I'm paranoid about getting fat. I plan to exercise at least twice a day most days. I have all the equipment I need.

Now that I'm writing this I'm both impressed with myself and slightly concerned.
