It Was Practically My Fault.

I know it was actually. My foot fell asleep, and I was sitting on my bed with my friend. I stood up and took a step, not knowing where my foot would go cause I deffinitely could not feel it. If I were blind, I would think I didn't have a foot. My ankle rolled and right then I KNEW I had a foot. I hopped on the other foot to lay on my bed again. I didn't cry, because not even my bestfriend will see me cry. So after a little bit I was fine. It deffinitely still hurt a bunch, but I just laid there and went back to what I was doing. I was home at the time. So I told my mom maybe an hour later, that I could not AT ALL put any pressure on it what so ever. At first my parents and older brother didn't believe because I'm a hypocohndriac.(However you spell it...) but then it got a little blue. And finally maybe three hours later, my friend went home, and I hopped my way out to my moms car. We went to the Emergency room, and they took x-rays. Said I had a small fracture in my 5th metatarsal. I got crutches and a hard splint. I was on crutches for maybe two weeks, around twelve days I took the chance to put pressure on it and it didn't hurt almost at all. The next appt. I had they said just to wear a running shoe for good support and I'd be okay. I did that and just a couple days ago I went back and it's all healed. So in a matter of maybe six weeks it was completely healed. I missed out more than half of my basketball season. Which got me so depressed. :P But still today I replay it happening over and over and over again. Feeling that pain. :P
Everyday it just doesn't go away. The memories of it! Ugh.
