My Pms Is Worse Than The Period

I HATE PMS. Mine lately has been starting a week before my period starts. I'm almost 40 and just wish I would hurry up and go through the change.

I always feel sad and hopeless and worthless and don't like much of anything about my life when I'm going through PMS. I feel TOTAL opposite of what I typically do, which is upbeat and hopeful and content.
