Damn Tech Support

this story is about how frustrated i get when i talk on the phone with tech support. I had a problem with the wireless internet at my parents.  It is my home but it doesn't feel like home but anyways i am calling comcast which sends me to netgear which sends me back to comcast. i was called a women. i was insulted and they were very rude. i cursed the guy out and said look i am a guy and i want to speak with your supervisor. eventually the problem did not get fixed.
