Get Me a Walker

i used to wake up as a teen and exercise for two hours before school. now im doing the not eating and not exercising regime instead. a little less tiring. however, i get sweaty and worn out and feel like im gonna burst like a big hot air balloon from a ten min walk. maybe the cigs dont help. but crikey o reilly. i guess im just not meant to have legs.

That's really scary. I'm twice your age, a perfectly normal person (I don't workout or follow fancy diets, and I'm at least 30lbs overweight) and I can walk to the next village and back (6 miles round trip), and just carry on as normal afterwards. I don't want to frighten you but I think you should do something about your fitness before it harms you irrevocably.
