I've had migraines since around the age of 11 or 12. I come from a long line of migraine sufferers, including my mother, uncle, and grandmother to name a few. My migraines usually end up with me curled up in a very dark room with complete silence trying to sleep. It's very difficult, though, to sleep when you wish you could cut your head off so you wouldn't feel the pain anymore. When I have a regular headache, Excedrin usually works, but I have yet to find something that works for my migraines. I haven't tried feverfew as some people here recommend, but I'll gladly take the advice and definitely will try some in the future.
