'm sure it stems from my low self-esteem, anxiety and depression, but also my family is overly sensitive.
I don't cry, but I'm mentally tortured to the extreme by religious opinions from the abrahamic branch, extremist right political opinions, those who are generally ignorant and those anti-fans of bands.
The last I can get over however the others leave me to doubt my opinions all the time and it's torture. I just want to feel I have the right to think what I think - why can't I have that?
One real problem is my brain stores these thoughts, and they come back to attack me and have classically conditioned me to avoid many things and forthwith destroying my enjoyment.
I believe it's from depression because it's based on insecurity. It's anxiety because each time I have these, they are irrational thoughts and they create chest pains, heart palpitations, shaking which comes from an adrenaline rush.

  | Posted Oct 24th, 2009 at 8:38PM sounds like you are feeding on your supposed faults.... take heart, you feel and are sensitive- it's a great quality, don't be told by society how you should feel- you know that is wrong.......be your self.. be proud, even when it goes against the grain, you need more positive re-enforcement-- get new friends, or leave the negative friends or family that don't enjoy your difference   |
