Who I Was And Who I Am.

I've been writing diaries since I was 8 years old.

I always read back when I'm bored. They're who I am and I love them.It makes me laugh to see the little girl that thought she was all grown up at 12 years old, the 8 year old excited about her toys...

It makes me sad to see how I always seem to take everything to heart, and how much upsets me.They make me remember some things I'd rather forget, but I think that's good, as I can learn from my mistakes.

A lot of the entries show my worst side, which I try to hide from everyone- the moody hateful little girl, but they also show a person who cares.

Reading them helps me understand myself.

Yeah I don't have baby photos and so much of my life somehow got lost, that I've been hoarding memories ever since.<br />

They're all I have, really.

It's awsome that you have diaries that go that far back. I also find great understanding from looking back at old diaries
