Sounds like you are overwhimed with a lot of things to do. After a while even the simplest things stress you out.Try writing down a to do list, then do any of them. I do the simplest one first, giving me pride in getting it done. In fact, I push to get three things done each day, regardless of what it is. This way I feel better that I accomplished something without a sweat.
