I have been reading embarrassing stories on here for two years, finally decided to post ours. I actually posted this a year ago, but got embarrassed and deleted it. People say payback is a *****, and did I ever learn that lesson in a humbling way, my now ex-husband never quite learned his lesson. So here is what happened….

Two years ago, my ex lost his job, we lost our house, and had to move into his older brother’s house. Dan, my ex and I were only 25, Sean his brother is 42, big age difference. Anyway, Sean took in us, our two kids, paid for their pre-school and never asked for one penny for the entire time we lived there, so we could get on our feet. Pretty nice gesture?

Well, how do we re- pay him, one night Dan and I who were repeatedly asked not to shoot off fireworks in the backyard, ignored Sean, did it anyway and managed to burn down Sean’s three car, very nice garage. The insurance company would not pay for because the way it happened. My sister in law was furious, but Sean has pretty understanding and did not throw us out, probably because of the kids. Though he did ask that Dan sell his beloved Harley Davidson to help pay for a new garage, Dan refused and I am embarrassed to say, I agreed with him, both of us were ungrateful jerks. I took Dan’s side insisted it was an accident and treated my sister in law like crap! Yet, he did not kick us out, this guy is a saint. Not perfect though, Sean was a master at practical jokes and really embarrassing ones! He said if Dan did not sell the bike, he would come up with a prank to end all pranks, and he would wish he sold the bike. He warned us over and over to sell the bike. My sister in law screamed and cursed it at us! It took him a while, but did he ever get even, and now I am beyond embarrassed, and would do anything to go back and convince Dan to sell the stupid bike!

Dan entered in his bike in a Harley show, won first place, he was thrilled. Couple months later, Sean and my sister in law had a huge July 4th party and invited most of Dan’s buddies, the family, etc. Sean calls everyone in the house to see a slide show of Dan’s Harley show victory, trophies and crap. Well that was not what the slideshow turned out to be!

About half of the people all gathered around Sean’s 55 inch, perfect TV, Dan and I included, and I hear a room full of loud screams, whistling and much laughing. That is because everyone is staring at a giant photo of me Nadine, bare-assed naked in the shower!! I simply froze, screamed while everyone was laughing their *** off!!!

My sister in law took about 7 nude shower photos Dan took off our laptop, we had no clue. He went through all seven photos, room full of all Dan’s buddies and cousins’ screaming, laughing their ***** off, making comments, as I have captions on each buck naked picture of me where Dan can find his now dis-assembled bike in many parts throughout Sean’s two acre backyard.

They got us both, Dan’s prized bike in a few hundred parts and his cute little wifey in all her naked glory for everyone to see and whistle at! Well, I ran out hysterical after about three slides, Dan was speechless, not because everyone just saw me buck naked, and I was beside myself with embarrassment, but because his bike was history. Which was not even the case, because he found all the parts and put it back together in a few months. But I am now a local naked legend forever!

Most of them got a nice commemorative email of my naked slide show to go with it, I am still very embarrassed, but I get it now, and am able to laugh at it. What the hell I even decided to post the slideshow on here,mostly to hear some good comments. I don’t expect anyone to feel bad for us, pretty much everyone felt we both got what we deserved. Ironically Dan and I got divorced, he moved out and I still live with my brother in law and his wife, along with the kids. I am still very embarrassed, but appreciative, not so much in Dan’s case!
