Because I Knew I Was Better

She was re-elected to the position with a "chance" to do a better job than she had been doing.

The next year, she broke a rule, I knew it, and I told.

Now I have her job. I've gotten awards the school hasn't seen in years. I've got a motivated staff and a whole budget to spend.

But was the bad karma worth it?

And you think your a better fit for the job than she was. Just remember, what goes around comes around.

It bothers you, or you wuldnt have posted it. :) It kind of was a bit small of you? thats what your right side tells you...but you got her job. Is she unemployed now?

Well, it depends. Did her braking the rule, effect anyone? If it did not do any harm to anyone and she had a family to support then I would say it was not so good to go rat on her. Sorry

I think you did the right thing. If she broke a rule then her #1 priority is not what is best for the school and the staff. The proof is in the happiness of the staff and the awards you have received. Congratulations!!!! And don't worry bad karma only comes around to those who hurt or try to hurt others and are dishonest. So keep doing what you are doing because you are doing a great job.
