Lost In The World Of Being A Chemo Mom

Next month it will be one year since my baby was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. He has endured 10 months of chemotherapy, one brain surgery, a feeding tube and countless other tests and appointments. He had multiple disabilities due to his tumor and treatment. At a year and a half he dose not walk or talk and he has very low vision.
The experiences of the last year have profoundly changed who I am and I don't know where I fit in MY world anymore.
I am now a full time caregiver, nurse, nutritionist, researcher, taxi, physical therapist, radiologist, advocate, oh yeah and MOM.
I have lost touch with being a wife, partner, friend. I no longer dream or travel or create.
