Three Bad Marriages

I have been married 3 times and each marriage has been horrible and I have been cheated on.  Due to all these issues I have a very bad feeling and will not marry again.  Why is it that people cheat?  I do not understand.  If you are that unhappy than leave the marriage before.  My last one really hurt me.  14 years of marriage.  He would not go to counseling and when I moved out he moved his 21 year old secretary in.  Talk about a slap in the face.  I still feel like a loser because of this.  I keep telling myself that it is his problem but it still hurts.

    the pain does go away be patient and then b careful in your dating future

    I went through 2 years of counseling. My Dad was an abusive drunk. I can still spot these kinds of men in a room with less than 5 minutes. When women stay with these kinds of men; they put both sexes of children into a very awkward childhood. Girls either don't marry or marry these types of men. Boys can become these types of men. Therapy doesn't always kick in right away but in the long run- at some point it does fausilitate change. All the good guys may be far and few but you have to recognize who they are to start with.

    I think your story is so common in any marriage and what most marriages will turn out be like for a lot of people, probably including mine. I think half the answer is a midlife crisis in men where they think that if they get a younger hotter wife that will also make them younger. I hate this type of men thinking.
