I had a miscarriage a few months ago. Even though I am a nurse I had no idea what to expect. My doc was out of town and all the other docs could say was I sorry. Afterspeaking with my doc he has agreed to provide women with information on what to expect. This is where i need your help. What would you have wished your doc told you or prepared you for? What did they do that was beneficial? Thanks

There really isn't anything a doctor can do to prepare you for such a great loss. The treating doctor I had handed me a book of statement, comments, and what experiences other woman had when they experienced the same loss. At least reading that I was going threw some of the same experiences gave them some justification, I was not "weird," "abnormal," or going crazy.
