I Have Died Once

It was the very day that I was born. The umbilical cord was around my throat with my own feces in my throat. So I was suffocated and strangled to death. To this day, I can still see, feel, and smell death clinging to me. And I actually love it being attached to me.

This experience has taught me to not fear death. I have come to a realization, years ago, that death and darkness surrounds us all. (Darkness doesn't always move into someone.) So there's nothing to fear. Death is a natural part of life, physical and metaphysical, mentally and psychologically.
