David Hawkins Induced Kundalini

My kundalini awakening was partially induced by a spiritual teacher; David Hawkins who passed away in 2012. I am currently working on my PhD at Sofia University in Palo Alto, California with a pre-eminent professor of transpersonal studies, Dr. Fred Luskin, along with many other scholars of kundalini phenomenon including Dr. David Lukoff. If you are interested in participating in this study and have had a kundalini awakening, please contact me. Thanks -Paul Ambrose

Hi Paul,

I had an awakening in April of 2013. If you're interested in k people, there's a great community of practitioners at www.kundaliniawakeningprocess.com, which was founded by Glenn Morris, a martial artist who woke his k up in the 80s. Great resource and some very experienced people there. I'd be happy to share my story too if that would be helpful.

Best,
Ryan

Thanks Ryan, I will check this website out and I am interested to hear more about what happened to you. . . .especially if you had physical symptoms such as shaking, sweating, rapid heart beat, loss of breath, etc... then I would love to formally interview you over skype or telephone in 2015 for my PhD dissertation. I would send you a copy of the proposal later this year and we could talk a lot more. Thanks for your message -Paul

Hello Paul, this post is a year old, however, if it is still pertinent, I would love to participate. My awakening occurred in August of 2012. I am still feeling the effects of the energy although they are much more subtle.

Hi. Great to hear from you. Let me know what happenned as I am still about 6-9 months away from doing formal interviews of people like you. I would love to know more. Thanks -Paul

Hello Paul,

I recently experienced a spontaneous kundalini awakening. It began around October and I am still feeling the effects, although it is not as intense as it was. I would love to share my story if you are interested.

Thanks - Sara

Hi Sara,

Yes I would like to hear everything...Mine started in March 2005 and I was also feeling the effects 6 months later but noticing that it felt slightly weaker, almost like I was getting used to it. I started sitting in meditation for longer periods to try to keep the intensity up. How far from San Francisco are you? If you are still feeling the effects in another 6 months, I might be interested in flying you out to Palo Alto, California and get an FMRI and EEG measurement for my dissertation. Typically, a kundalini awakening seems to take 2-3 years but it varies a lot. Mine is still going on today but the blissful feelings eventually wore off and now there seems to be a block at the crown that is slowly being melted by the energy. Looking forward to talking more with you and thanks! -Paul

I did have an experience like this after attending one of his lectures in Sedona. I would love to talk to you more. Thanks -Sam

For a second there I thought you referred to atheist Richard Dawkins. That would have been very interesting! :)
