I Had Several Teachers Who Made a Difference

Teachers are probably among the most important people in a community. There have been questions about their salary, but imo, a really good teacher is worth more than a CEO. I can think of at least 2 teachers who made a difference to me - one, if not for whom I may have become a drop-out, and another who transformed my aversion and weakness in maths to something I love. I have nothing but the greatest respect for all you teachers who shape the world.

    I agree, its sad that actors and actresses get paid in the millions, yet the important people, the ones that shape and change our lives get paid squat! I would like to see teachers, along with firefighters and police officers get paid a heck of a lot more, to me they are priceless.

    I am a teacher and maybe a child will think of me as a good teacher,when they're older.Thanks for thinking of one who. worked so hard.
