I Had Weight Loss Surgery

Are Anyone Else Experiencing Pain After Eating. My Daughter Had The Weight Loss Surgery (sleeve)

About 2 weeks ago I supported my child on her decision to get the weight loss surgery.  She is doing much better.  However she does complain of pain after or during her meals, which is about 1 to 2 ozs.  I would like to hear from anyone who has had the same surgery. The Sleeve was her Doctors suggestion to her and she agreed. Thanks

    First of all I hope you update post soon that your daughter is doing better! Healing to her. Second of all, I have only read about the sleeve and am going for a different procedure, to be plicated, but I have heard that causes of pain can be anything from eating too fast, not chewing thoroughly, drinking carbonated drinks (soda and anything with bubbles basically) etc. But definitely get back to the facility where the procedure was done and ask for the nutritionist or the Dr. in charge and ask them what is going on. You have a right to some relief via solutions to her problems.

    I just had it also. Not pain I feel, but a wierd feeling. It depends on what I eat. Pain is a factor after a incision is made.
