There is no, "I am irritates by bad spelling" group...

There is a group called I hate bad spelling, rather than bad spellers.

If you are so opposed to people making grammatical errors, why do you not check your own posting? Like making the same post twice. Also I have created many groups here at E.P. My statement is because there are a lot of people who have problems writing and this type of group just stifles them from asking for the help they need. Finally since I earned my B.A. I have not read any professional writing without a grammatical error in it.

Everybody is entitled to have their own opinions, and that includes you, but these groups are for people to find others who share their views, no matter how bigoted their peeves seem. I don't like reading things with grammatical errors but I don't criticize them, and nor do I criticize those who do. If you think we're all such bigots, why not expend your energy contributing to a group that shares your opinions? Why not create a new group, say, 'I Do Not Hate Bad Spellers'? I'm sure many more people would empathize with you then.<br />

Besides, on every page there is a footer that says 'Experience Project is a community ba<x>sed on authenticity, support, and respect.' Not only are you not supporting this group, you're not respecting them either.<br />

You have your own reasons for thinking we're bigots and large sacks of sh*t, but what makes you think that no other people think YOU'RE like that?
