Unfortunately, It Happen a Lot

I don't know why it happens.  I think I'm a pretty interesting person, with worthwhile things to say.  I can be in a group of people in a discussion & my comments will pretty much go unacknowledged.  I'll be lucky if anyone even looks at me when I say it.  Then, it's like a look that says... did you just say something & why?  That's usually when I give up & leave or start doing something else...then I get asked...why don't you come & join us, you look lonesome. (No, actually, not lonesome, just alone).

My God, what social misfits we all are! LOL. No, Dar - you just haven't found the right group, yet. I've had that problem before too and then found people I connect with more - like on here, for instance. In general though - I prefer animals to people, they're not easily offended, don't care if you say something they don't like, they laugh at all your jokes (they're more likely laughing AT us inside), they love everything I wear, I never have to do much to please them or to get them to hang out with me - you get the picture. LOL. I also tell me myself - well, you're fantastic anyway, whether they "get" you or not!
