I Cry A Lot When I Am Ill...

I can cry uncontrollably when I am ill.. and sick... I don't know why it just all gets too much for me... I have had really bad pain all today with my back, neck and throat... I go through times having trouble swallowing ever since I was young... I don't know if its a result of the whooping cough... but everytime I have had illnesses I feel people hate me, being never them and I get shunned... I feel dirty and unclean and yukky... I start crying over stupid little things and just things that others would pass off as not important... like I will cry over some old person being harrassed ... today I ran to help an elderly lady she fell over and hurt her knees... she got up ok but I felt so bad I couldn't help her more... she said she would go to the doctor tomarrow to get a check up... I get upset... easily sometimes...

right now I think I am getting a virus or flu or I have an allergic reaction to something... I ate too much chili and fennel seeds... fennel seeds are supposed to be really good for reproductive issues in women but some people can develop an allergy from the husks of the seeds ... I am getting this choking sensation like I have with other things...all through my teens I used to get anxiety and panic almost like a phobia over swallowing sometimes and my tracea would hurt... and I get sinus and neck pain I feel like I want to vomit.... and get shivers... and headache.

when I get ill these days I cry ... same with when I have any type of procedure done... even a tooth filling will make me cry for a hour after I got home the last time... I just cried and cried... and its happened before... when I had my wisdom teeth out I just rolled up into a ball and cried for ages...
