This Social Scene Is Killing Me

So like pretty much everyone I know I have a Facebook account, the more I put on it the more I share of everything of my life I justify it with "It's to keep in contact with friends I never see" but truth be told those so called friends I talk of I never talk to on it anyway, I instead look at social circles and people I barley know venting about their lives. "Susie went shopping" 21 people like this, Simon Joined A social movement web site... 0 likes.

Now the more I'm on it the more it annoys me , the more adverts streamline the sides, and they are meant for me, rock music, environmental topics... when does privacy stop becoming ours...

So I found this site by accident, Instead of logging onto my Facebook, were I can browse the hungover aisle and people who fish for attention, I come on here, it is clean and you can make it what you want, there are no adverts, and you only get out of it what you put in.

Here is to thinking outside of the like box.

I love this site far more than FB but I still have an FB account. I have a very small friends list on FB because it's either people I hang out with locally, friends I talk to regularly, or family, It's the same thing on EP, I just don't add friends just because they fanned me, we have to communicate a little first. My friends list would be massive if I just added every fan, than it would be FB all over again.
