Two Faced

I detest those people that profess that I am a valuable person, then do all they can to render me impotent. This has been the case in my last couple of jobs, where my experience, skill, manners and work ethic are said to be impeccable - at least to my face. Behind my back its another matter. Where I have been ridiculed, sabotaged and dismissed. Then when I`ve quit these jobs, they can`t believe why it is that I wouldn`t work for them!

There have been some bosses I`ve had who had a reputation for being hard to get along with. I have no issue with these people and I`ve put in some very long service. It is the people who are not afraid to speak their minds, and who will not treat you any differently behind your back, than they would to your face that I have nothing but respect for.

Id rather someone tell me to my face their opinions about me or my work eithics than gossip behind my back then turn around and smile at me and be my best friend...if you dont like me dont pretend workers are famous for this, so I just do my thing and basically stay out of the "clicky" groups and let them all stab each other in the backs with their fakeness
