Monday 21st January.
60 minute delays during rush hour because of a signal failure at Hayes.
2 lines out of service so for a period of time there was no service in or out of London Paddington including services to Heathrow.
Officially it was the fault of network rail but I was still stuck waiting for a service that did not arrive.
I will use this group to document my troubles testing to go about my business dispute the odds.
