Hate Food

I don't know what it is, I'm fed up of food.  I still eat obviously and most food I cannot stand anymore.  Oh well, I guess there's a first for everything.

With me it's not about calories, I just hate food. Always have. They say that food gives you energy but it doesn't, so what's the point of it? Yet I feel worse if I don't eat at all. It's a kind of blackmail. You have to eat the muck or you feel awful but I get so angry about it. I hate being forced to do something I hate every single day of my life. I buy food and then chuck it in the bin, mostly, then get furious at the waste of time and money. Why can't we just live on a vitamin pill a day or something. There must be something positive that people like us can do. A way that we can live and be happy without this whole eating thing getting in the way. Incidentally, I'm 56 and have felt like this all my life.

I'm with you. I'm to the point where I don't want to eat anymore. It consumes me everyday and everyday I run to try and lose anything I've eaten the day before. I'm going to try a 500 calorie over three days diet! That's just about 166 cals per day. We'll see.

If you only eat the # of calories you have mentioned, you will fall sick.
