Just Because...

Just because you don't agree, does not mean I'm stupid. It means you have an inability to accept that there may be more than one answer to a question.

Does it matter that another has a different view? Let it go. Being right all the time and feeling that being wrong is a weakness or a put down, is a waste of time. It's really not difficult to accept that you make mistakes and you are not always right. The person who is quick to admit mistakes is the one with the stronger sense of self.

Oh, and my comment above is the key to getting along with others. You may be right and prove someone wrong, but you will only cause resentment or people to walk away. No one likes a know-it -all.

Agreed sdenny!

Depends on what you're talking about. Some things have definitive answers, while others don't, but it's stupid to think that you're stupid, just because that person doesn't share your viewpoint. If they do have something to back their viewpoints, they shouldn't rub it in your face, but try to come to a reconciliation as long as you don't act closed-minded.
