Education Is Not Every Thing

I REALLY DO NOT LIKE IT WHEN EMPLOYERS HAVE THE SPACE ON THE APPLICATION THAT ASKS IF YOU GRADUATED AND WHAT CERTIFICATE WAS COMPLETED.I ALWAYS PUT DIPLOMA AND MARK NO. BUT THIS TIME I MARKED YES GOING THROUGH THE APPLICATION SO FAST I WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION.NOW I AM WORRIED BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE MY JOB BUT IF THEY EVER LOOK INTO IT THEY CAN THINK THAT I INTENTIONALLY LIED AND FIRE ME.PLUS THERE IS NOT EVEN A SPACE TO PUT G.E.D. INFORMATION SO YOU CAN NOT EVEN PUT ON THERE IF YOU HAVE ONE OR NOT. I AM ABLE TO DO THE JOB REGARDLESS OF IF I FINISHED HIGH SCHOOL OR NOT.I HAVE BEEN MANAGING FOR A LONG TIME.BUT EDUCATION IS REQUIRED BY THE GOOD JOBS.IF SOMEONE IS QUALIFIED AND DOES A GREAT JOB THAT SHOULD BE WHAT MATTERS. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WENT THROUGH OR HOW MY LIFE WAS. I HAVE COME A LONG WAY.

You should have learned to use the caps lock thing anyway.

i hate jobs that ask for experience i have the education and no one will give me a chance

I wouldn't worry about it. The point of the application for is for the employer to find someone who will be good at the job. Sounds like they did. If your good at your job then why would they care?<br />

You could come clean, say that you never meant to mislead them and apologize, or you could just leave it. Coming clean would mean you wouldn't have to worry but it might be a hassle and there is a very small risk to your job. On the other hand you could just leave it. They are very unlikely to check and they probably won't fire you if they do.
