Psychotic Friend

Okay, so my friend was hanging out at my house when she took my cell phone and starting texting my boyfriend while pretending to be me. She wouldn't give it back, even though I asked her several times. She is jealous because she liked my boyfriend, so she is determined to sabotage our relationship. She texted some pretty strange things and even that I wanted to break up with him! So my plan was that when she left, I would just call my boyfriend and tell him that it hadn't been me. So, when the time came for her to leave, I walked her to the front door and asked for my phone because she still had it. She told me she left it outside. I looked out the window, didn't see it, then turned around to find her putting my phone into her bag. I said "hey! What are you doing?" and my dad was in the room so he saw the whole episode. She then had to give it to me because I caught her trying to take it. So then I was holding it in my hand and she asked me to come see her electric scooter which was parked outside of my house. I came out with her, then she grabbed my phone from my hand, got on the scooter, and rode off down the block. I shouted at her to give it back, and she wouldn't turn around. So I ran inside (at this point I was crying) and told my mom. My mom and I then ran outside, hopped in the car, and drove to where my "friend" was still riding away. My mom and I got out of the car and stopped her. My mom starting yelling at her "What are you doing? You can't do that!" and then my "friend" started trying to act like it was some misunderstanding. She was saying, "Oh, no, you don;t understand" in a really calm voice but then my mom yelled "there's no explanation, even if this was a joke you can't steal someone's property." She then took the phone away from my "friend", got back in the car with me, and drove home. Now, I have my phone back! And my mom said I'm never allowed to hang out with her again, not that I'd want to.
