Dear God Help Me..

I don't get pains often, but when I do... I get them hard.

You all just don't understand. It's like a pressure or ball of pain in the very center of your pelvis. You can't reach it, can't massage it, can't touch it, can't do anything about just short of meds, but most of those specific meds contain caffeine, which I can't have. Imagine that ball of pain expanding and contracting within your abdomen, rendering you absolutely immobile until it subsides. THAT is a cramp.
