I Want My Deposit Back!

It's been nearly 2 months since I left that awful flat and yet I still haven't got my deposit back.

He gave me 2 codes to get it out of the deposit protection scheme's website and they didn't work. When I tried to ring him or email him he ignored it so after a week I decided to go to the letting agency to have a whinge at them. They rung him asking him to get in contact.

He did via email. It was the most vile thing I've ever read and frankly there was no need. One line that got me was "This is using up a lot of my time and believe me my time is very expensive" The bloody cheek of it! If he had got in contact the first time it wouldn't have got this far.

So now he's emailed the deposit protection scheme (and copied me in), to re-register me and I almost wet myself when reading it.

Not only did he put "Mr Unknown" as my fiance's name, despite both our full names being on the contract but he didn't even get the address of his property right!

If this guy didn't live 200 miles away I would've paid him a visit by now.
