My Neighbor Is Physically Bullying My Mother

This woman, who is in her late 40s and probably weighs 180lb (~5'10") tried to hit my mother the other day. Apparently in the state of NY, physical harassment is acceptable, at least for the first time. You need to have a visible injury to press charges but of course I am not going to wait until my mother (late 60s) ends up with a black eye by this gorilla.

I don't really know what to do. Since I know now that verbal harassment cannot stand in court I suppose I can do the same, but honestly, I find it embarrassing to be standing in the street for the whole neighborhood to watch while I am screaming obscenities to this gorilla...We think such actions will only result in my mother and I being considered nutcases just as much as my psychotic neighbor. Arrgghhhh!!!!!!!!

You need to write every incident down, times, dates, event etc, and build up a case against this animal. Involve police and keep them informed, drive them crazy if you must. Then get a restraining order on him, to keep away from you and your mother. My ***** neighbour has made me and my mother out to be the crazies. I am on a mission to rectify this with the rest of the neighbours and have her kicked out for causing us so much grief. She does one better, she gets other neighbours to bully us, until they realise what a disturbed ***** she really is. I am so angry, she really is a ****. Good luck I know it is awful. But you have to protect yourself and your mum, and your neighbour can cause a lot of trouble. Also try the legal avenue.

If that fails, you need some big burly blokes to pay him a visit.

We currently casting a new TV special for a major cable network. We are looking for neighbors who need to resolve any conflicts they are having. The issues will be resolved there mediation. This new one hour special is a good-hearted, warm documentary where a mediator will come in to help resolve the issues at hand making the neighborhood a more positive place for everyone. Think on the lines of "Intervention."<br />
