Pitbull/ Filth Hell

Ok so today we had an incident which prompted me to google "I hate my neighbor" and it led me here. The house next to ours has no fence separating it from our driveway/house. The guy next to us has two vicious pit bulls which you would think would recognize us by now. Unfortunately, no. They are attached to a zip line in his back yard, and their leashes are extra long. They literally are right next to our cars. I've had times when I pull up, and a pit of his will be tugging and barking to get to me, so I hop over to the passenger side and get out through there. Then I have to sprint in to the house out of fear. He NEVER picks up after them, so his whole yard wreaks to dog poop. And where does that lively smell travel to? Our yard. Needless to say, we won't be grilling in our yard anytime soon. So back to the incident today. My husband and I are getting ready to go out. As my husband walks towards the car, one of the pit bulls lunges towards him. She breaks apart the zip line and he makes a mad dash towards me to block me. The dog runs after him, and god only knows something made that dog turn around at the last second, so she didn't bite either of us. He embarrassingly apologized but I was shaking and so pissed that I got into our car and slammed the door. I can't begin to tell you how many times animal control has come to his house. He breeds pit bulls and sells them also. I can't even take my beagle out to pee or poop without fearing an attack.
Sorry one last thing, his yard is littered with trash. I am now looking for a place to move to as I feel like a prisoner in my own home.
