Bravo! Great post! My favorite part was the subject of counseling session today. "I must meet my own needs". I have lived by this motto my entire life. The truth you posted is the truth. "We are created with a capacity to love and be loved and I can learn from interdependence." Kind of strange we discuss this in counseling today and you also share this post. I think God is trying to send me a message maybe? That it is okay to ask for help & that exposes vulnerability in me. That I and of itself can be difficult to do, but if we are growing and nurturing relationships, the greater the risk, the greater the reward. It is easier said than done, but I am a work in progress.

I am very glad you were touched by this...I was just shown this by a friend and I felt God immediately tell my heart to share it...people need hope...the hope of Jesus :)
