I hate my weird rib cage
My ugly nose
My big ears
My ugly eyes
My awkwardness
The stress
The flaws
I'm fat
I'm abnormal
I'm unnoticed
I'm hiding

I just want to have no insecurities, be normal, pretty, able to walk around without hiding anything
Noooooooooooooooooooooooo Noooooooooooooooooooooooo

Things will change, hopefully. You're still developing and there are always going to be parts of you you don't like, but a lot of people don't like how they look as teenagers. If your awkwardness is caused by anxiety there is help available aimed at tackling that. If you're in the UK then talk to your GP and they can sort something out for you on the NHS, if not then your local doctor may be able to refer you to someone although I don't know anything about costs. Being a teenager is probably the worst years of your life, as are mine, so don't dwell on what's happening now, look forward to sometime in the future where there is someone who can find you normal and pretty and who would want to show you off when you walk around with them :)
