I Hate Political Correctness
I came across this on a DVD of the cartoon character Droopy.
Funny how instead of using a disclaimer like this before showing cartoons like Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, and other cartoons that were made back in the day, they ruin them by trying to make them politically correct because they claim that they don't want to offend anyone. More like they don't want to admit that the things that were done for laughs in the cartoons, were examples of the prejudices that were so common back then. Rather than learn from our mistakes of the past, they're trying to erase them from existence.
If we're ever going to move forward towards a better future, we need to learn from our mistakes from the past, and we need to start right now.
