I Hate Racism and Discrimination
Yeah, human beings are bad because they are a certain color, or come from here or there. Wow, if it was so simple, it would be easy to stop crime and war. But it's not. My grandpa often told me about the algeria war, that he participated in, and that it wasn't so easy on daily life. That there were good people, and bad people on both sides. It was a precious information. I have friends myself who are white, metis, arabic, or black (less black, because I don't know so many). My best girl friend is metis, half french, half african. She's one of the wiser and deeper person i've known. She's open, generous, and have excellent tastes in music. Deep thinker, and more a feeler. Me, friends with a feeler, who accepts me as I am. One of my best friend is Smail. He's from Marocco. The only one to defend me when I was attacked by white guys. And to bring me home, to my door, without asking for anything else. Then there is Jeremy, who is white but he's got lots of slave, and italian origins, and he's the cooler guy. I ended up at eight am sometimes at his soirees, drunk, and he never took advantage of the situation. I like deon too, from Guadeloupe. I met her at the UNI. She was lost here with too shut people. I had a remark, that I thouthg funny during a class, and we became friends. I was 24, and she was 18, so it's not either a matter of age. I was then friends with Joan, a teacher, a lecturer, from newthern island, white, but very open on anyone. And with Ronan, from Ireland. A redhead. I've met so many fantastic people, whatever their color, or language, or origins. But maybe i'm blessed with seeing what's in people. I can tell you, it's not a matter of appearance. Yes, some people who are "colored" are hateful and angry. But so are "white" people. Like Scully would say "you just have to know where to look".
