This is a professional situation.

I have a client that over the last month has been flagged 3 times for having his computer infected with viruses by corporate security. I clean up his mess, remove all junk he installed on his own that caused the virus, rinse and repeat. Now I just got notified again he's infected. What part of don't install your personal crap on a work computer isn't he getting? Sadly his manager couldn't care less. I guess it's job security but I feel like I'm being ignored every time I speak to him. I have other things to do during my day!
